Purpose and Use
The cementing plug has the functions of isolating cement slurry, cleaning casing wall, and preventing cement slurry pollution. After the plug hits the floating collar, it can accurately indicate the cement slurry replacement position and casing sealing performance.
The upper plug and the lower plug are generally used as a set. The upper plug separates the upper cement slurry and mud to prevent the cement slurry from being contaminated, and at the same time replaces the cement slurry to the annulus.
Before cementing, first put in the lower plug, pump and scrape the well wall to clean it, which is used to separate the lower cement slurry and mud to prevent the cement slurry from being contaminated. After the collision, since the lower plug is hollow, the pressure is 2-4 MPa, the rubber membrane is broken, and a channel is provided for the cement slurry to establish circulation. Then, cement is injected, the upper plug is put in, pumping, collision, and cementing is completed.
 
Structural Features
The plug is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of SY5394-91. The core material is made of aluminum alloy or polymer material, and has good drillability. The plug is made of imported nitrile rubber, which is oil-resistant, acid-resistant and alkali-resistant. The structure adopts 5W type, with good scraping and displacement effects.
 
1. The cementing plug series is divided into ordinary cementing plugs and anti-rotation cementing plugs, upper and lower plugs for double plug cementing and upper, middle and lower plugs for two-stage cementing.
2. Standard cement plugs are suitable for various floating collars and floating shoes; anti-rotation cement plugs are suitable for anti-rotation floating collars and floating shoes.
3. Double-stage seals and scraping wings are designed on the top and bottom plugs. The scraping wings of polyurethane have good casing cleaning function and wear resistance.
4. The anti-rotation plug is designed with an anti-rotation mechanism, which can greatly increase the drilling speed.
5. Can be drilled with PDC drill bits or roller bits.
